We collect information you provide when creating an account: name, student ID, email address, department/major, and profile photo. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.
Your information is used to: provide and personalise the platform experience; enable team collaboration and messaging features; send academic notices and announcements; and improve platform features.
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Profile photos and files are stored in Supabase Storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use Google Drive API to provide study material access. When you sign in with Google for this feature, we request access to your Google Drive and basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) solely for the purpose of managing study materials. We do not store your Google credentials.
We use browser local storage to maintain your login session and preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You may also update your profile information at any time from within the platform.
